About the Programme
Culture is at the heart of every organisation, yet it is often forgotten. We define
Organisational Culture as:
“the way in which members of an organisation relate to each other, their work and the outside world in comparison to other organisations.”
Organisational Culture can either enable or hinder an organisation’s strategy. This certification programme will fully equip you to guide your client towards aligning Organisational Culture and strategy, supporting them getting closer to their goals.
This intensive certification programme is designed for managers and internal and external consultants interested in using Organisational Culture as a tool for management and change.
You will leave the course knowing how to:
- Use the Multi-Focus ModelTM to analyse the culture of an organisation,
- Run Organisational Culture Scans,
- Conduct Organisational Culture Workshops,
- Guide your client to identifying their Optimal Culture.
The expected time commitment during the certification programme is of at least 38 hours of live sessions and 40 hours of personal work, including the successful completion of the homework agreed upon at the end of each session.

He has also provided organisational development services using the tools of Hofstede Insights, to help businesses to understand their current culture, explore ways to shape and align same with their strategies and to integrate and strengthen their teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Currently, he is Head of Knowledge Services at Hofstede Insights Africa, managing culture project deliveries for various clients in both public and private sectors. He has also trained and supported many consultants to become accredited practitioners and carry out interventions for clients.
He has worked on several aspects of management consulting, including facilitating workshops, change implementation, programme management, course content creation and structure. Today he focuses on organisational development and transformation and how culture can be leveraged for effectiveness and success.
Erick has over 17 years of working and consulting experience in the private, public sector, and Non-Governmental sectors. He is a lead consultant in Corporate Governance, Organizational Design & Development, Culture and Change Management, Human Resource advisory, strategic planning, and capacity building.

Erick has extensive experience in process consultancy and has been involved in turning around organizations through practical process re-engineering programs.
Over the years, he has supported a number of private sector organizations in the banking sectors, MFIs, NGO’s and Sacco’s to develop and implement strategic plans, set up HR functions or re-design and align non-functional HR functions, delivered capacity building assignments and guided organization in business advisory to improve their performance and ensure return on investments.
Amarachi is an Organisational Culture Practitioner with experience developing and implementing strategies to drive cultural transformation and enhance employee engagement. Adept at analysing organisational culture, identifying areas for improvement, and executing programs that align with the company’s goals and strategy. During the Organisational Culture Certification process, Amarachi will accompany you as you learn from our Master Trainers and support you on your learning journey. She will answer questions about the certification process and point you in the right direction as you learn and grow as a Hofstede Insights Accredited Practitioner in Organisational Culture.
